Excellent! I found some great deals and called to ask questions and got all my questions answered. Also they made a request that i get a king size bed due to my boyfriend being 6'3 and we received it! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone! Great help! I will be using them for my trip in March to NY!
I did not like that the "mystery" hotels were non refundable. so if you found out after you paid that its in a location you do not like then your screwed, so i won't ever reserve a mystery hotel.
