I purchased a product, on line, from this company and praised the quality of the service I received and recommended it to anyone.
Unfortunately there was a minor fault with the product, which I discovered after 2 days.
I e-mailed mysmartbuy to advise them of the fault and, without hesitation, they immediately apologised and sent a replacement.
How good is that?
This companies service exceeds expectations, at least in my experience so far.
I will have no reservation about using them again.
