“review of RoomStay”

they do not care for the customer. they lie about service fees and charges. I called four times to confirm price and the charged me a higher amount. they do not care to take the time to ensure the details are correct, of example,I waited 2 days to recieve confirmation, 4 times i called to confirm email,..it was never corrected. the agents don't care and the managers are even worse.

Cheaper and better service to go directly to the hotel to book. i would never use this company again, nor would i refer it to anyone.
