“Stay away from Sky”

Was very happy with the service from O2, reliable broadband with consistant speeds of 13-14Mb, no dips. Customer Service was always excellent too. So I was very disappointed when I was informed Sky had bought them. Oh no I thought that's the end of that! So I decided to move to someone else but I was contacted by Sky with an unbelievablely good offer for a load of TV channels called Entertainment Extra +, phone line and broadband. I decided to give it a go last June 2013 and signed up with Sky for Bband, phone line and TV.
What a mistake! They completely cocked up the Broadband change over from O2 to Sky so I was down for days. The TV channels are a complete waste of time, the broadband service is awful oh the phone line seems ok!! Their customer service is very polite but very low skill levels, means they can't fix anything. My broadband dips far too regularly to below 1.0meg (remember I did have 13-14meg with O2) and is very often between 5-8m. It's not my line as that hasn't changed, it's the rubbish Sky network. On top of that the Bband line goes down all too often. Moving my service to Sky has put my Bband back 10 years!. So if you want a Bband service like you had 10 years ago move to Sky ;-) Take my advice, don't go anywhere near them!
