This is working for me because I am a lazy dieter. I want to eat foods that I shouldn't and this allows me to. You just manage it in your calories. I've just signed up for another year because of the great offer and although, since Xmas Iv struggled Ive still lost weight. I sometimes can't be bothered to fill in my food diary on the same day because I think I've gone over but when I do the next day I usually haven't. Sometimes it's hard, but even if you have a bad day just forget about it and start again tomorrow. Filling in the food diary is a deterrent In a good way. It's working for me because it doesn't feel like a diet. Just buy a good set of food scales.
