“Better on Phone than on line !”

Tried to book a holiday to Malta at the price quoted on line, which in our opinion was very good. Entered all our details and credit card number and when we got to the final moment were informed that we could not book.
Tried again later and the day after as well, still same price but still the computer would not let us book.

Decided to phone your office and the staff were excellent and very pleasant but said we could not have the Malta holiday at the price quoted - the web site had not been updated we were told. We did however decide to book with you as the phone price, although no where near the on line price.

When we had finally booked, all details were sent via e-mail except our car parking reservation -another phone call and this was eventually sent, again via e-mail. We go in March, hope the Quwara Palace Hotel in Malta is better than our original dealings with your company.
