I ordered a hamper to be delivered to my elderly aunt. Delivery was for 20 December. The hamper was never delivered. I finally reached iHampers by telephone, they don't like answering the phone, and subsequently received an email saying my complaint was being looked into and I would receive a reply within 3 days. I am still waiting. I have taken the complaint up with my credit card provider who hopefully will get my money back. I will never deal with iHampers again.
