firstly, there was nothing i didn't like!! The woman i dealt with was lovely, i felt she was easy to talk to and helpful in every aspect of booking our holiday!! i would recommend her to friends & family, and i would certainly use her again! after booking i had a query and rang her back, i left a message for her to ring me back! within the hour she rang me back and clarified my query! excellent service, friendly, easy to talk to and very helpful! we are looking to go away in september and because of the exceptional service she gave me i would ring her again!! well done agent 124!!!
