“worst customer care ever”

I purchased a leather holdall before Christmas which i then needed to return . This has been an unbelievably difficult job.
The company it seems has one person on customer services who is no help whatsoever. I have left messages and nobody has called me back. I have emailled support tickets and have not received replies.
I eventually managed to return the item which they received 11 days ago and I have still not been refunded despite many requests on line and via customer services.
My advice to you is do not entertain this joke of a company. You will probably be ok if you want to keep your item, but if you want to return it and get a refund you will have a battle on your hands.
I am still battling on , getting nowhere and £205 out of pocket !!!
