“They fixed problem for free and quickly”

Gave the required details and paid via Paypal, I stated that the provider was Orange, as that was what my SIM and dealings was with. Then a few hours later the unlock code arrived by email.

Followed the instructions, keyed in the unlocked code, and it said "Code Error". Emailed them about the problem, 2 minutes later, they asked me for the PRD ID number from under the battery. And 2 minutes later gave me a new unlock code. Keyed in the new code and it worked FIRST Time, excellent!

Although my SIM was Orange and the network displayed on my phone screen was EE, according to UnlockOnline, the PRD ID matched to T Mobile !!!!! I have never dealt with EE nor T Mobile.

Is that how EE / Orange / T Mobile mislead and confuse people who want to unlock their phones?

Make 100% sure your details submitted are correct, or some other companies may not fix problems for free.
