“Fantastic service”

After booking a ticket for my son, I realised I had used the wrong email address so his confirmation, itinerary and ticket and gone somewhere else. I called and was amazed to get an actual person on the end of the phone! Thomas Lewis resolved my problem in under 5 minutes and followed up to make sure everything was clear. The best service I've had from an online booking company. Thank you :)
