We went on a cheap holiday to Majorca.
The flight times changed by 2 hours, but it was us who found that out, not Broadway. A narrow escape. And getting the paperwork changed was not easy.
When we got there, the transfers were poor, but worse, the hotel was overbooked (a common practice as many other guests had the same experience). We did not get a room until the 2nd night. The hotel were surprised to see that Broadway had sold us a package with a late checkout included. They charge for this, and no-one had paid for it. There was no in resort rep to sort things out. We negotiated with the hotel ourselves.
Would you be impressed?
After all that though, the hotel was good value, and generous with the all inclusive drinks.
So like many of these agents, Broadway let themselves down if there are problems. So pray it all goes smoothly!
