“I ordered some flowers to be delivered to my wife for...”

I ordered some flowers to be delivered to my wife for a set time of a Friday afternoon as she has been unwell, i was assured that they would be delivered and i even agreed to the £6 delivery charge even though the florists is only 5 minutes along the road.
The flowers were not delivered, nor did i get a call to tell me that they would not be getting delivered, i emailed the florist once i got home from work and then called them the next day as they did not have the common courtesy to reply to my email, they then told me that my flowers could be delivered on the following Tuesday, i demanded my money be fully refunded which i was assured would happen.
I then noticed that the money has gone out of my account 3 days later and when i called back to complain again, i was told that it would take 5 days for my money to be refunded as it is company policy to hold on to the money.

Lillianrose Flowers are the worst florists that i have ever dealt with and would not recommend them to anyone.
