This company offers a special service that enticed me, and I believe many other customers, to select them over other florists. This ploy is what they call expedited delivery. They promise that if you pay an additional fee they will deliver your arrangement before 12:00 noon of the delivery date. As you probably guessed my order did not come prior to noon. When I called customer service they looked into it and informed me it was put on the van first thing that morning and would be there by noon at least. No such luck! My second call to customer service was at 1:30 pm and I was told it would be delivered before 3:00 pm. Well, all plans for our excursion from home had to be cancelled to wait from this delivery. If we were not at home the flowers would be left at the doorstop and freeze. The Customer Service Rep was quick to offer that the expedited fee would be returned. It is my opinion that this service is offered to sway customers to their company with no care if it is successful. Do not be fooled! Choose them if you like the product just not their services.
