“Refreshingly good service in Glasgow”

Electric trolly service, quick, good communications, and very professional whilst friendly service. First went to EK store who were not keen to take trolly in, instead directing me to Glasgow. What a great move that was for me as the difference in atmosphere, helpfulness and willingness to serve, was so very much more apparent. Issue listened to and quickly explained to me what the choices and costs would be. Call next day from technician to explain what he had found, clear, concise with a nice turn of humour. Fixed and ready to pick up by close of play, just 24 hrs after dropping it off. Keep up the good work Glasgow - I'll be back !!
