“Great customer service!”

Great choices of varieties and excellent bargains!! It would be nice if different views of the product could be shown on the website, which could give better idea about the products. Replies were prompt and clear after placing orders. I contacted the customer service as I failed to track my order via Royal Mail. The advisers in customer service were being great help to me, as they found out it was due to typo of parcel reference number. Backpacks were in good condition when arrived safely at my home. Really great surprise when I got it after long-day work!!!
