2 identical backpacks ordered a couple of weeks before Christmas. They arrived a couple of days later, well packaged and exactly as ordered. Backpacks are excellent quality, we have 2 very happy girls who now feel very grown up. These are the only backpacks that we have found that are made specifically for children that also have a proper hip strap. The backpacks are compatible with water hydration packs & have a hole to hold the hose. There are small pockets on either side, plenty of straps to alter for comfort, loops for holding equipment, pockets inside & outside on the hood, compression straps on the sides & they're not made in pink & blue or covered in pictures!! There are a couple of accessories that can be bought - a storm cover & some extra pockets to increase the capacity as the children grow. At the moment they are a great size for getting the children to begin to carry a few of their own bits, even if that's just a coat & their water bottle - good habits start young. They are expensive, but they look like they are built to last.
