This is my Guide to Cancelling your David Lloyd Membership and Direct Debit without any comeback!!!! Why Pay for this Overpriced, Poor Service, Dreadful Customer Service, Rip Off, Dirty Grubby, not maintained, Give Us Your Money Grabbing David Lloyd Membership!!!!!!!!!!
If you want to leave this Low Class Establishment without any comeback you must:
Make a Complaint in writing Headed COMPLAINT & LEAVING LETTER to a Manager or Account Manager with ALL matters of Breaches of Health & Safety, Hygiene Issues, Rudeness or indeed anything you feel you paid for when signing your membership agreement that you are not getting or are not Happy With. State you did not Pay / Sign up to this ect ect.
Take Photographs of all problems that you are complaining about and I mean all Issues concerned. In this complaint letter tell them that you hold ALL PHOTOGRAPH'S of all their breaches & negligences to use against them.
Take a Copy of this letter and in this letter state that you will be leaving under these circumstances, that you have cancelled your Direct Debit and you no longer wish to be a member.
When you hand this letter over get the letter signed when you hand it over. Say a few lines saying in another letter saying I Mrs Bloggs ect are handing over a Complaint / Leaving the Club Letter over on the say 6th January 2013 and get that Manager to sign it.
MAKE SURE YOU GO FOR THEM OUTLINING YOU DISGUST ALL YOUR COMPLAINTS, HOW YOU HAVE BEEN TREATED ALL TIMES & DATES OF BROKEN MACHINERY ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING - THROW THE BOOK AT THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.
In law Health & Safaty Issues, Hygiene Issues, Broken Machinery, Litter, Foul Smells, Dirty & Grubbyness, Rude Staff, Kids Running a Riot, Litter,
Facilities not up and running properly and so much more are perfectly valid reasons to leave after your Complaint / Leaving Letter has been Given Over.
Add at the bottom of this COMPLAINT/ LEAVING LETTER that you have taken a Copy for Legal Reasons.
BE HARD & BE RUTHLESS as they would be to you and go looking for these Breaches and Leave. Remember use as much Amo as possible and they will RUN A MILE.
