“Poor logistics and poor customer service.”

I ordered a xmas present on the 14th Dec and it was apparently delivered. We didn't get a card nor did the neighbors receive the delivery.
To cut a long story of email exchanges I was told in writing to contact royal mail to find my delivery! As it turns out that information was totally wrong and in the meantime the correct courier has returned back the goods to ExtremeGB.
I now was asked to pay more postage to get my parcel, which i missed, because I got the wrong information. When I mentioned this to her it was perfectly acceptable for her to charge me for more postage.
I paid the additional few quit to finally get my little girl the xmas present - poor show on several accounts.
