“Good service, no complaints so far”

Following Lovefilms game rental service finishing last year, I moved to Blockbuster, who, very soon afterwards, also gave up the ghost

Seeing as there is a shortage of game rental companies (why, I know not, seems like a great business model to persue), it was hard to find another with good reviews. I decided that Boomerang was the best of a bad bunch, and took my chances. So far, I have no complaints, Game turn around is fast, I get games from my list with ease. I think I am on my 5th game at the moment. With any rental service, availability is always going to be an issue, especially for a company servicing the entire country, so as a customer, it pays to be flexible with your rentals, the same would apply to any service, lovefilm was the same, its pretty obvious that the latest releases and big name games are going to be in demand, so i think the bad reviews in this area are a little unfair

My only slight gripe so far is that I have tried to upgrade my membership, and haven't been able to online as yet, I have queried and its taken a while to respond, but I guess the company have had an influx of new customers to manage, so I am happy to wait

In all, the service has been as reliable as Lovefilm, telling me when they receive my last disc by email, and when they have posted the new. Each time this has been within the same day. I only see the service improving as more and more people take up membership in place of failed companies
