My sister-in-law ordered an Xmas hamper from Australia to be delivered to a UK address. It never arrived. She received no response to a series of e-mails. Back in the UK I have tried to contact them via their - laughingly named - online support, which is always offline. They do not respond to e-mails or phone calls and their help desk is never open. I can only assume they are a shell company.
Do not use this company.
