“Good Prices, Awful Service”

Amazon prices are competitive however their service sucks. I sold 3 books to Amazon, They've received the books over a 1 week now. They still haven't issued me a E-gift Card to my account. I've contacted Amazon support they say they will get back to me in 24-48 hours. I'm extremely disappointed with this the slow service.
