“I sent my IPhone 4S 16gb to fonehub in full working...”

I sent my IPhone 4S 16gb to fonehub in full working order! I then received an email informing me that they had tested the phone to find the screen isn't working so they would give me £50 instead of the £150 quoted. I then told them it was if full working order when I sent it and they told me there was a communication error and they were meant to tell me it was locked to my iCloud account so they couldn't test it (I think you can still use the phone without iCloud). So I removed it from my iCloud and they told me that I hadn't done so another time even though I clearly had! I decided to ring them and they informed me I had removed it but the screen was now magically broken again! I asked for my phone back and have been sent it back. Surprise surprise it works perfectly!
