Sent my blackberry bold in as they offered me £82 for it depending on evaluation which was fine because it was like brand new, it took a month for them to receive it " apparently" & after waiting for a reply from them & trying to contact them as you can only send 1 email to them I final heard back saying my payment was pending which by now they had my phone for nearly 2 months. And now this I feel robbed & there is no way of getting my money or even my phone back absolutely gutted as it's a lot of money that I can't afford to just throw away. They should be an advise page,now this has happened for all the people who have LOST out.
