“Efficient and Customer Centric Services”

It was the first time we booked our Bali holiday with Southall Travel. Things were good right from aisle seats on flights to timely transfers with no waiting around…
Everything was good however when we reached and checked in at our hotel- Club Bali Mirage we found out that the room was not as clean as anyone would expect it to be. Well clearly we did not expect this from a hotel like Club Bali Mirage (we had researched well and it came recommended by friends and family). We called up Southall Travel and not only our complaint was handled well, they were apologetic and spoke to the hotel staff to shift us to a different room, which was not only clean but also bigger and better. We paid no extra cost for this upgrade. Happy for the service and the add-on that I got.
