“ Non existent customer services”

Used this site for the last 5 years, whilst I love the cards and calendars as soon as one encounters a problem JL are just not interested. Reported to them on 3 occasions over Christmas/New Year that photo cards were not sending. Finally, received one e-mail response which did not relate to the problem raised, no phone contact available. Now to add insult to injury they have deducted my annual subscription twice. Given them 48 hours to respond or will cancel and put in hands of CC company. What a pity, excellent cards and calendars let down by total lack of customer service if only they would take note of this this my review would be very positive. Judging by comments of others this company will not survive unless it gets its act together PDQ.
