“Terrible all round experience”

Ordered from the website on Xmas day and just received on the 4th. Can't return one item to the store, no return label in parcel, customer services closed, not allowed to log in, tried to reset password but they failed to say i would have to wait half an hour for a my password so when I tried again, my account was locked. Shocking website help that fails to make contacting them easy.
Will never shop online again with Topshop.
