“Appalling customer service”

The customer service side of this company is non-existent. I puchased five Advent Calendars but none of the recipients was able to download the Calendar, despite having the necessary software. It took me three e-mails to jacquilawson before I received a reply and even then they stalled by suggesting that I tried e-mailing the recipients with their codes to see if that would work. Since it was, by then, the middle of December I asked for a refund. They finally refunded some, but not all of the money. I asked for the remainder to be returned but have heard nothing since.
They are very quick to take money off customers but much less keen to help with problems.
