I'm only giving this one star as it wont let me not give any stars.
I was sent a bouquet as a Christmas present and when I opened the flowers (that had been dispatched 3 days earlier from Nottingham...to go to Scotland???), the flowers were dead and they were very smelly. I immediately informed my friend and she got on to Debenhams who then got in touch with me. They asked for proof so I sent them pictures of the dead flowers and they agreed to replace the bouquet. I was given a delivery date of 4th January and taa daa NO FLOWERS HAVE ARRIVED. The tracking number informs me that the flowers are still in Nottingham awaiting delivery and they have been there since 2nd January. As there is no post tomorrow, I guess I will be receiving yet another dead bouquet. This order was also a groupon offer so maybe they just were overwhelmed and not able to meet the demand but quite clearly, they are not able to deliver fresh flowers on time.
Debenhams really need to get a grip or better still, do not bother selling the flowers cos it clearly is not working!
