We travelled from Multan to Birmingham via Islamabad. on 2.01.2014. The service provided by ground staff and transfer desk was some thing to be desired for. They ground staff looks a bunch of confused ignorant non professionals. It seems the whole purpose of transfer desk is to create chaos and problems for the passengers. If this airline wants to survive in the current business climate it need to train its staff in customer care.
