“Worst online Experince - Avoid at all cost!!!”

Ordered 2 items online for xmas presents. 1st order i paid next and they was not delviered next day. As it was signed for, yourdesign said they were not liable for this. So i was left with no present and out of pocket. Later i found out this was delivered to the wrong address, and delviered to me a day later.

My 2nd order, was placed enough time before xmas and the cut off for xmas orders. I was told he would guarantee that i receive by the end of the week. He later claimed that this wasnt a promise. The website banner stated 48 hour despatch, he pointed me to FAQ which states 3 day despatch, my order was despacthed 4 days later. He said cannot guarantee delivery by xmas as was down to royal mail "they could break down or delay because of flood" poor excuses! Not my problem.

Finally my order arrived 2 days before xmas. I did not receive what was pictured. Jacket was meant to have contrasting sleeves and pockets, but did not. I was not asked if this was ok, and does not state online that an alternative may be received.

Worst customer service by him - no customer satisfaction, dishonesty, misleading advice, no goodwill gestures.

Please avoid at all cost!!!!
