“No hamper received. No contact acknowledged”

Same problem as many other respondents. I ordered a Winter Wonders Gift hamper in 16th Dec for delivery on 24th. I got a confirmation of that
date from ihampers. Out of the blue, without any warning, UPS delivered on 19th. My mother of course wasn't at home. The courier wrote that he'd tried 4 times but only left 1 calling card! Obviously, he'd only been once.
By my mother and I have tried contacting ihampers and iflorist by email and telephone. So far, nothing. I'm totally disgusted with their service, or lack of it. I'm cancelling my debit card, just in case the company's bogus.
