“Disgusting”

Purchased a groupon back in November like other reviewers on here. I expected the over £50 value of the flowers to be up to standard and thought I could trust Debenhams. How wrong could I be?! Flowers were a sparse bunch, filled with dead roses and thistles, reported to Debenhams three times and haven't received a response.

I would warn anyone DO NOT buy from here, poor quality, disgusting customer service. Puts me off using them for anything. A £15 bunch from the supermarket would look better and last longer
