“Great Network, Bad Customer Service”

I have just changed from Giffgaff,I stuck with them so long as it was really cheap and figured you get what you pay for. Have just got a sim only month to month deal from 3 - the extra minutes and ability to tether my iphone is well worth the extra £6 a month. The Signal so far has been fantastic - makes me realise how bad my previous neywork was.
HOWEVER - it is the worst customer service experience I have ever had, seriously, my hackles are rising again just thinking about the experience, really really awful.
On the plus side, the 3 app seems really slick and once I've got my number ported over, I hope I never have the need to contact them again.
All in all, great value for money, plenty of good strong network signal (So far no issues while travelling all over Central Scotland, just please sort out the customer service!
