I bought 4 garments from boohoo and returned 3 items of that all in one parcel. Boohoo claims that they received only one garment and did not refund me the money I paid for the other two garments though it was in one parcel. Its not possible that they received only 1 in 3 garments when it was in the same pack.

I have never had returns problem with any shopping website, but boohoo is totally unreliable for returns.

I did not even think twice before returning the goods as the fabric quality was bad. Plus they did not give me my money back on the returns.

Guys, shop at your own risk!! I will never shop from Boohoo.
