“Saved our Christmas”

Just wanted to say a great big thank you to your staff member who drove from Leicester on Christmas Day to pick us up and take us to Northampton to get a hire car after our car broke down. He enabled us to get to our family Christmas dinner and join in the festive fun. He was friendly and couldn't have been more helpful and we are really grateful for all his efforts.
