I received these flowers as a Christmas present from my sister on Monday 23rd and on receipt the fressias were crushed,the edge of the rose petals were starting to go brown. By Christmas Day all the flowers were a sad sight. I contacted M&S on Boxing Day and they sent me a replacement arrangement which arrived early the following morning and these flowers look perfect. Good response from M&S in rectifying the problem
