“Great customer service”

I was a bit nervous about buying with them because of bad reviews but I risked it because of the better fare they offered me.
My agent, found an excellent flight for me to New Zealand, which is not easy, was extremely patient with me, he called me, gave me all the information and although I was very nervous and not too friendly at times, he never lost his good and friendly attitude.
He got me the ticket issued fast, which was very important to me.
I'm very greatful to him.
