I tried to pay for a jacket, but their automated system claimed that the payment had been rejected, however after contacting my bank, I was told that the payment had been taken twice.
Same thing happened to my son a couple of years ago.
Don't trust this company with a bargepole.
Either poor business systems or sharp practice.
If you get the same problem, you can ask your bank to escalate, or involve Trading Standards.
