“Failed to deliver”

Ordered flowers on Dec 13th, company emailed indicating delivery on the 17th. Not delivered. Phoned company on the 18th. They had no idea what happened, no idea of the status of the order, and no idea when it would be delivered but would look into it. No callback emailed customer service on 19th. They would look into it. No other response to date (23rd). Phoned again on the 21st to inquire on status. Still no new information. As the customer service line for existing orders was always busy chose the option for new orders to reach someone. Cancelled order but have yet to receive a refund or confirmation of cancellation. Would I use them again. NO.
