“Unhappy with you”

Asked for delivery 20th Dec to say a big Thankyou for support from close friend. Flowers didn't arrive.Spoke to office 21st was told flowers would arrive by end of day. To be fair they did arrive but not of the quality expected recipient not happy.i felt I had to apologise when really it should be iflorist apologising.Will not be recommending
