We joined sky one month ago and now regret this decision as on today, December 21st 2013 we discovered a technical fault.When this was reported, the sky helpline informed us that they could not send an Engineer to help solve our technical issue until 6th January 2014 at the earliest!!
With 2 young children and their anticipation of the usual Christmas TV entertainment now being dashed,any advice??? to solve this dilemma or poor standard of customer service. have
