“Awful customer service and half a kit”

Purchased a canvas montage, took 2 weeks to arrive which was fine. The canvas pack was missing the essential pins and tension plates. I contact customer service via email and they said they would send a bag ASAP, 5 weeks later, a number of phone calls not answered and emails again not answered we still have no parts to construct the canvas. What a fantastic Christmas present for my friend. I don't know how companies survive with this awful customer service.
Would recommend these to anyone, they may be cheaper than some other companies and there is obviously a reason for this.
