“Took money immediately, still no goods, can't help...”

My 75 yr old mum asked me to help her as she had ordered in early December for Christmas. She had no confirmation of her order placed via the post but Chums took her money from her bank account on 6th December. She tried ringing several times but just music for ages so gave up. I rang today (21st) only to be told they (sales) have NO WAY of checking whether her order was despatched etc and no-one can help until January 2nd!
Bloke on phone seemed adept at dealing with such complaints and didn't seem surprised or to care!
Advert was in The Sun so have alerted them.
Stay away from these guys.
