Parcel delivered to the wrong address twice, signed by two other person (clearly not me), NO ID CHECKING?!
Numerous emails, calls and a lot of effort just to track down the parcel myself. Prompt reply by ASOS customer service but not very helpful at all (except for Peter and Gabby from the customer service team). But horrible experience! They need to change their local courier agent in Australia. Horrible courier!
