“Worst online shopping experience I've ever had”

I don't usually like to write negative reviews, however on this occasion I wish to share my experiences with Zara. To start with my order took a week to be despatched. When I received the late order all the items were not to my liking so I of course arranged a return on the site. The label never got sent to me from the courier, this was after around 4 days of waiting. So I called customer services to arrange collection of my goods and he said he would be sending out another return label via email, still not got it. So looks like I will be going to a Zara store to return my online order. So in all as stated, this has been an absolutely terrible experience. Once I finally get my items returned I will be closing my account and I will never purchase another item from Zara again. I would suggest you guys go elsewhere for your fashion fix!
