“Superb Support”

I am absolutely delighted with the service I get from Tescodiets.com. I joined about 10 weeks ago and have nearly lost a stone, but I really don't feel like I'm dieting, just healthy eating. I use the Totals option, so I plan all my own meals. I plan one day in advance, entering my evening meal first, and then my 'snack' which I use for my everyday portions of milk, sugar etc. That leaves me with my remaining points for breakfast and lunch, and I am always pleased with how much I seem to have at mealtimes. The emails from the mentors are very inspiring and supportive, and the fact that you can put your plan on hold for a couple of weeks is just amazing. I tell all my friends about the site when they comment on my weight loss, and have no hesitation in recommending this excellent weight loss support system to anyone reading this.
