“Total waste of money”

I have received many cards from this website and always enjoyed them. So with that in mind I decided to join Jacquie Lawson's website. It was just this past November. I managed to send about 4 Thanksgiving cards. Made a list to send for Christmas. Have tried for the last 3 days to review and send cards but a screen comes up telling me to get an updated version of Adobe Flash. I did that. Restarted my PC. Tried again. Same thing. I uninstalled the Adobe Flash and installed again. Still doesn't work. I've emailed 3 times and still no reply other than the robo reply saying they received my email. I am very disappointed and do NOT recommend this service to anyone.
