“No stock and poor communication!”

Ordered a top that was supposed to be in stock as a Christmas present. Contacted Wheelies after not hearing anything for one week and was told stock had just been received and was in the midst of being booked in - my order would be dispatched once this had happened. Left it for a few days and called them back after receiving no dispatch notice. Was told this time that someone would look into it and contact me back same day...never happened! Called them again and asked what was happening - was told someone tried to contact me (they might have, but i had no missed calls or voicemail) Still not in stock though.

Staff were polite and apologetic throughout - but no product and a lot of time wasted for me.

Cancelled order and will get from Tredz instead who have never let me down in the past.
