“complete waste of time”

had an on line valuation of £2,850
arranged an appointment for Friday 10am had morning off work to meet the sales guy [remember, your valuation is guaranteed for 7days]
salesman there but no key to get into office,
left with my van and came home.
received a call later that day asking if I would come in again the following day, arranged to meet again at 10am and was offered £1400
don't even think about trying to sell to these predators!!
they give you a valuation which is total unrealistic to the final price offered and just because you have turned up for the appointment they think they can offer a fraction of the actual worth and you will just accept
totally unprofessional and totally misleading.
